This is a convenience translation of the official Terms of Use of the ShishkinArt website. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Hebrew original is the legally binding text (see clause 13.2).

1.1. The ShishkinArt website (the "Website") is a portfolio and image website owned and operated by Alexander Shishkin, a licensed sole proprietor ("exempt dealer") under Israeli law (the "Website Owner" and/or "Service Provider").
1.2. The Website presents information about the Website Owner's professional activity, projects, portfolio and services in the field of media production, including video filming, video editing, directing, production, podcast production, management and production of content for YouTube channels, promotional and image videos, corporate event filming, still photography, live broadcasts and other professional services.
1.3. Use of the Website constitutes agreement to these Terms of Use.
1.4. The Website Owner may update or amend these Terms from time to time.
2.1. The Website is intended mainly to present information, a portfolio and professional services.
2.2. Browsing the Website, sending a message, contacting the Website Owner, or viewing a price shown on the Website does not, in itself, create a binding agreement to order a service.
2.3. Engagement for the performance of work will be arranged separately, in accordance with a quote, work order, agreement or terms approved between the parties in writing, including by email or WhatsApp.
2.4. The Website Owner may accept or decline a request to perform work at his sole discretion, subject to availability and the nature of the project.
3.1. Prices shown on the Website are intended to give a general indication only, unless expressly stated otherwise.
3.2. The final price of a project may vary depending on the scope of work, filming duration, location, equipment, crew, editing, graphics, timelines, number of revisions, technical requirements and additional services.
3.3. The binding price will be the price agreed and confirmed as part of the specific work order or engagement with the client.
3.4. As the Website Owner is an exempt dealer ("osek patur"), prices do not include VAT and he does not charge VAT, for as long as his status under law remains that of an exempt dealer.
4.1. Unless stated otherwise, all rights in original content appearing on the Website, including photographs, videos, films, video clips, showreels, texts, graphics, design, and professional works and content, belong to the Website Owner and/or the relevant rights holders.
4.2. Presenting content on the Website does not grant any license or right to use it.
4.3. It is prohibited to copy, download, reproduce, edit, modify, distribute, sell, republish, or make commercial use of the Website's content without prior written permission from the rights holder.
4.4. It is permitted to share a link to a page or to the original content on the Website, including on social media, provided that the work is not altered, that the person sharing does not represent themselves as the owner of the work, and that credit and a link to the source are preserved, where relevant.
5.1. The Website may present work carried out for clients, companies, organizations and various projects.
5.2. Trademarks, logos, trade names and materials belonging to clients or third parties remain the property of their respective rights holders.
5.3. Presenting a project in the portfolio does not grant a website user any right to use the materials shown in it.
6.1. The Website Owner may present on the Website work and projects he has carried out in order to showcase his professional experience, subject to agreements with the client and applicable law.
6.2. A project pre-agreed in writing as confidential, or that has been agreed in writing not to be published, will not be shown in violation of that agreement.
7.1. The Website may include data, results and case studies from previous projects, including view counts, reach, audience and growth or performance data on digital platforms.
7.2. Such data relates to specific projects and does not constitute a commitment or promise to achieve a similar result for another client.
7.3. Results on platforms such as YouTube and social media depend on many factors not within the sole control of the Website Owner, including algorithms, audience, advertising budgets, client activity and platform changes.
8.1. The Website may include links or content referring to third-party services, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp and external websites.
8.2. Use of these services is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.
8.3. The Website Owner does not control the operation of external services and is not responsible for their content, availability, changes or malfunctions.
9.1. The Website Owner works to maintain the proper functioning of the Website, but does not guarantee that the Website will be available at all times without interruption or malfunction.
9.2. The Website Owner may change, update, remove or add content to the Website at any time.
10.1. Information on the Website is presented for informational, promotional and professional-services-presentation purposes.
10.2. Information on the Website should not be regarded as a commitment to perform particular work, at a particular price, or within a particular timeframe, unless confirmed as part of a specific engagement.
10.3. Subject to any mandatory provision of law, the Website Owner shall not be liable for damage arising from unauthorized use of the Website or its content, from unreasonable reliance on general information on the Website, or from the operation of third-party services.
11.1. The use of information collected in connection with the Website's operation will be carried out in accordance with the Website's privacy policy and applicable law.
11.2. The Website may in the future use measurement tools, analytics, cookies and external services. Detailed information about such tools will appear in the privacy policy in accordance with the services actually in use.
12.1. These Terms and the use of the Website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
12.2. Venue shall be determined in accordance with applicable law and any valid agreements between the parties.
13.1. These Terms may be presented in Hebrew, English and Russian.
13.2. In the event of a conflict between translated versions, and subject to any mandatory provision of law, the Hebrew text shall prevail.
